Delta Heads for China!

Thanks to your support, Delta Air Lines is poised to add nonstop flights between the world’s largest airline hub in Atlanta and Shanghai, China, effective March 30, 2008*. This new route will fill a critical void in service by connecting the more than 65,000 residents of the U.S. Southeast with the world’s fastest growing economy.

Delta would like to thank the large coalition of business and community leaders from across the Southeast, and the nearly 70,000 employees, frequent flyers and others from across the country and abroad who signed the e-petition to support our efforts to make Atlanta the “Next Gateway to China”. We look forward to seeing you onboard our new flights next spring! Read more…
